Deployment

Once we’ve successfully tested your CRM solution, it is deployed to your systems for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

In addition to resolving any user questions arising from UAT, we’ll work with you to assess how well the solution fits your business goals. We’ll also check your operational environment is ready for Go Live and support the smooth migration of data.

Once the application has been signed off; prior to Go Live, our highly qualified trainers will provide system administrators and end-users with training that best suits their needs.
