Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Four step project management methodology

At STL we use our flexible four step methodology to manage our CRM projects; it was developed and based on our extensive experience of Prince2, Microsoft Sure Step and Agile development training.

Four step methodology provides you with a flexible project management tool that is scalable and works well for any project type: from light touch to in-depth; agile to waterfall. The Four Steps are:

Starting with defining your needs, we analyse and define your project requirements by holding events such as customer workshops. At the end of this stage a high level specification and business case is produced for you to review and sign off.

On approval, we develop the technical and user specifications, then build and test your CRM solution.

Having successfully tested your CRM solution in-house, we deploy it for you to carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in line with the agreed project plan. At this stage, we also prepare for the operational environment and staff training.

Finally, we monitor, train, and support the roll out of your CRM solution to ensure successful adoption, according to your business and project needs. Once completed, we provide ongoing support.
