After taking over responsibility we’ll ensure you getting the best out of your systems. Using the STL Management Service, our service management team will perform daily checks on all your databases and application servers. We’ll proactively monitor areas such as connectivity, processes and capacity providing you with alerts and performance data both historically and in real-time.

We’ll effectively manage your systems by:

  • Tracking incidents raised by you or us, managing them to resolution within your SLA
  • Analysing problems to find their root cause and take the appropriate corrective action
  • Planning and applying patches and upgrades as required

We’ll provide you with reports and reviews, available through the STL Customer portal. We’ll also schedule regular meetings to discuss our performance, incidents and problems and change planning to ensure we deliver the best possible service and you get best possible performance from your system.
