Quality Policy

It is the policy of STL Technologies Limited to use our expertise in business and Information Technology to provide products and services that fully satisfy the requirements of our customers thus having a positive impact on their business performance.  This policy defines our commitment to quality throughout the company in meeting this goal. 

STL Technologies operates a Business Management System accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008. 

The management of the company is committed to:

  • complying with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 requirements;
  • the quality objectives of the organisation that provide the framework for our Business Management System;
  • develop, implement and improve the Business Management System;
  • continually review and improve the Business Management System;
  • improve our customer experience in dealing with STL Technologies and achieving customer satisfaction;
  • identify and demonstrate compliance with all relevant legislation and other requirements that affect our operations;
  • continuous review of our quality performance.

Our staff and managers work to:

  • ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction;
  • provide customer focused products and services to a high degree of quality, within agreed budget and to the planned timescale;
  • measure our customer satisfaction and strive to satisfy our customers’ requirements at all times;
  • follow the procedures and instructions in our quality system and quality plans;
  • continually improve the effectiveness of our quality system and our staff;
  • focus on process measurements and to analyse them and take corrective and preventive actions to achieve process and quality improvements.

This policy is communicated to all persons working for and on behalf of STL Technologies.

The continuing suitability of this policy is reviewed as part of the BMS management review. Our Business Management System Manual defines the operation of our Quality Management System and a copy of this policy is referenced as an Appendix to that document.
