Solution specification and build

Before starting work, we’ll agree with you the management style that’s best for you and your CRM project (iterative, agile or waterfall). We’ll map out each project delivery phase from functional specification to data migration, reporting and dashboard needs to interface requirements, test and roll-out details, so that every outcome is catered for.
